Ethics, Integrity, and Compliance Control
Independent Directors receive reasonable per diems for attendance at Board and Board Committee meetings. Directors do not receive other compensation for services rendered as directors. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption (including facilitation payments), and fraudulent activities, in line with applicable laws and regulations. These standards are reinforced through policies, training, awareness initiatives, and formal reporting mechanisms.

Conflict of Interest Management
